General Information and Policies

 *  Hannah's House B & B is a smoke-free environment.

 *  Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property.

 *  All rates are for 2 persons and do NOT include tax. There is a maximum of 2 persons per room.

 *  In consideration of our other guests, children must be 12 years of age or older.

 *  Rates include a hot, scrumptious breakfast served at 8:30 am.

 *  Check-in between 3pm-6pm    /    Check-out by 11am.

 *  A deposit equal to the first night’s stay (excluding tax) is required at time of reservation.

 *  14-day cancellation policy. No refunds for reservations cancelled within 14 days of the first night of the reservation.

 *  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or cash.
